Ingredients:
2 pkg
Extra Firm Tofu
1/2 cup
Soy Sauce
1/2 cup
Apple cider Vinegar
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Sea Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper
Other:
Olive oil (for cooking grids)
Directions:
Remove water from tofu for 30 minutes.
Cut the tofu in 3/4 inch wide strips.
In a medium bowl mix together soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper.
Place tofu in a sealable container. Add marinade and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
Preheat grill to high (450ºF).
Coat cooking grids with olive oil.
Place tofu on the grill for 8-10 minutes.
Flip the tofu and grill for another 8-10 minutes.
Once tofu is firmed up and has nice grill marks, remove from the grill.
Serve and enjoy.
