Grilled Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
8 sm Hearts Romaine (sliced lengthwise)
Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Fresh pepper, to taste
Favorite dressing
Blue cheese or shaved Parmesan cheese OR any vegan cheese
Optional:

Grilled Tomatos
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high.
Wash lettuce.
Cut Romaine lettuce in half, lengthwise.
Brush lettuce with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place on grill and cook 2 - 3 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
Remove from grill and place 2 halves on each plate. Add grilled tomato (optional).
Lightly drizzle with your favorite Ceasar dressing.
Sprinkle blue cheese or shaved parmesan cheese on top.
Serve.
