Ingredients:
2 slices thick bread (Texas toast, brioche, or French bread)
2 slices deli-style cheese slices (cheddar, mozzarella, etc)

2 T butter, softened (one stick)
Directions:
Preheat grill or
Blue Rhino Razor
for direct grilling over medium heat.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with softened butter.
Flip the bread slices over, and put the cheese between the slices.
Place the sandwich on the preheated grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear. Shift the sandwich around, moving it 90 degrees. Cook for another minute or two.
Flip the sandwich over and repeat on the second side, cooking for 2-3 minutes, and turning the sandwich 90 degrees.
Remove the sandwich from the grill and eat.
Optional: There are many options to the standard grilled cheese sandwich. Add mustard to the sandwich slices before inserting the cheese for a spicier flavor. Or add macaroni and cheese for an ooey, gooey sandwich. There are limitless possibilities.
