Grilled Turkey Scaloppini with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Lemon zest
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 clove g Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb Turkey cutlet, pounded thin
4 Wedges lemon, for garnish
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Brush the sauce on the turkey cutlet.
Place the turkey steaks on the cooking grid.
Grill for 2 to 4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Remove and serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges.
