Ingredients:
6 Large Ears Sweet Corn, husked
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
2 ounces Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Sugar
Operation BBQ Relief Texas SPG Rub
Directions:
Preheat grill to high.
Spread butter & sprinkle Operation BBQ Relief Texas SPG Rub onto each ear of corn and place on the grates.
Turn the corn every 1-2 minutes until the kernels are charred and soft.
Remove from the grill.
Once cooled remove the kernels from the cob and set aside.
Lower the grill to medium heat.
Place a large cast iron skillet on the cooking grid over the direct heat.
Add butter. Once the butter is melted then whisk in the flour.
Gradually add milk and cream cheese, whisking constantly until smooth and thick. This should take 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the sugar and the corn kernels.
Add the Operation BBQ Relief Texas SPG Rub as needed.
Continue to cook until warm all the way through.
Remove from the grill.
Serve and enjoy.
