Mmmm. Good Burgers

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In a large bowl, mix pork burger, onion powder, garlic powder, ricotta, and apricot preserves together.
3. Form into 4, 5oz patties.
4. Salt and pepper exterior of the patty.
5. Place patties on cooking grid, and grill fo 3 minutes each side.
6. While patties are cooking butter buns and toast on the grill.
7. With one minute to go add provolone cheese to patties.
8. Remove from heat with and let rest 5 minutes.
9. Place lettuce on bottom of the him and top with patty, bun and serve.
