Ingredients:
1 can
Croissant Dough (4 croissants)
1/2 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup
Chopped BBQ Brisket
1 Tbsp
Melted Butter
1/2 tsp
Operation BBQ Relief Sweet & Smoky Rub
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium (325ºF) and set for indirect grilling.
Remove the croissant dough from the can and lay the croissant dough on a cutting board, all facing in the same direction.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over each piece of dough.
Sprinkle the chopped brisket evenly over the cheese.
Roll the croissants up starting at the wide side to the point.
Once rolled, curve the croissants and place on a baking sheet.
Place on the indirect side of the grill and cook until the croissants turn golden brown (refer to the croissant dough instructions).
Remove from the grill and brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with the Operation BBQ Relief Sweet & Smoky Rub.
Serve and enjoy.
