Surf and Turf Griddle Nachos

Directions:

1. Season the steak and shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Preheat your griddle (or grill with griddle topper) to medium-high heat.
3. Place steak and shrimp on griddle.
   1. Sear the steak on the griddle for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
   2. Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
4. Move the steak and shrimp to cooler side of the griddle or transfer them to a plate and set to the side.
5. Add the frozen waffle fries to the griddle and heat for 5-6 minutes.
6. Add the corn chips, steak, and shrimp.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the entire nacho mixture.
8. Let it all melt together.
9. Carefully transfer the nachos from the griddle to a large serving platter or individual plates.
10. Top the nachos with fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, and queso.
11. Serve immediately to enjoy while they are hot and fresh!
