Grilled Chicken and Savory Grilled Pineapple Kabob

Ingredients:
2 lb Chicken Thighs, Chunks
1 lb Pineapple Chunks
1 Bottle Ginger Dressing
12 Skewers, metal or wood
Directions:
Trim chicken and cut into 1 inch chunks.
Pour dressing marinade and palce chicken in a gallon storage bag or lidded container, place in the fridge and marinate for a couple of hours to overnight.
If using wood skewers, soak in water.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Place chicken and pineapple chunks onto the skewers.
Place on the grill and grill till an the chicken reaches 165ºF.
Remove and serve.
