Operation BBQ Relief
Grilled Herb Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp Rosemary, minced
1/2 tsp Salt, to taste
4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Pkg Ready to bake biscuits
1
Herb mop
(sage, Rosemary, Thyme)
Cast iron pan
Directions:
Preheat grill to 400ºF, set for indirect grilling. Turn on outside burners and not the burner directly underneath where the pan will set.
Mix garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, salt and olive oil together.
Using an herb mop spread herb mixture around the bottom and sides of the cast iron pan.
Place ready to bake biscuits in the cast iron pan.
Coat the top of the biscuits with the herb mixture.
Place the cast iron pan on the indirect cooking grid.
Follow the instructions on the biscuit packaging, at 10 minutes check the biscuits.
Grill for another 2-5 minutes.
When the biscuits are cooked and the tops are golden, remove from the grill.
Serve and enjoy.
