Leftover Turkey Grilled Cheese
Leftover Turkey Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
6 Slices White or Wheat Bread, sturdy
3 Tbsp Butter
Sliced Turkey, to taste
Cranberry Sauce or Jellied Craberries, to taste
3 Slices Cheddar, or your choice of cheese
Sautéed onions, to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Soften butter and brush on outside of the bread.
Place sautéed onions, turkey slices, cranberries and provolone on the bottom picece of bread.
Carefully place on the grill, and top with other piece of bread.
Close lid and grill for 3-4 minutes, checking occasionally to make sure the bread is not burning.
Flip sandwich over and grill for another 2-4 minutes.
Remove from the grill and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
