Ingredients:
1 pkg Lasagna Noodles
1 jar Sauce (premade or homemade)
1 Onion, chopped
1 Sweet Onion, chopped
1 Small Hot Peppers, chopped
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup Mozzarella, add additional as necessary
1 cup Ricotta Cheese, add additional as necessary
1/2 cup Parmesan, add additional as necessary
Additional Items:
Large Pot
Large Pan
9x13 Foil Pan
Aluminum Foil
Directions:
On the grill's side burner (or stove), boil lasagna noodles until tender.
On the grill's side burner (or stove), saute ground beef, sausage, onions, peppers and seasoning.
Preheat grill to medium.
In foil pan, layer noodles, meat and veggies, sauce and cheeses. Repeat until all items are used.
Cover foil pan with aluminum foil and place on the grill.
Grill for about 1 hour.
Remove foil cover and add more mozzarella. Continue to grill for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve.
