Zimbabwean Steak Skewers

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredient.
2. Set bowl aside.
3. Cut the ribeye steak(s) into 1 inch cubes.
4. Add the ribeye steak cubes to the mixing bowl and mix well.
5. Cover the mixing bowl and let marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
6. When ready to grill:
   1. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for a minimum of 15 minutes.
   2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
7. Remove the marinate from the refrigerator and place the ribeye steaks on the skewers.
8. Place the skewers on the grill.
9. Rotate the skewers often so each side of the ribeyes are seared.
   Note: If you want added flavor, you can brush some of the marinade on the meat while cooking.
10. Grill until steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
11. When steak is done, remove from the grill.
12. Serve and enjoy.
